Best For
Pilgrims who already understand Nusuk, are comfortable managing their own registration and booking, and primarily want reliable information and ongoing Falcon guidance.
When Support Ends

Clear answers to common questions about Hajj, Nusuk and Falcon’s support services.
For pilgrims who are citizens or permanent residents of Canada, the United States, European countries, or Australia, as well as those covered under the Ministry’s Direct Hajj Program, Hajj packages are selected, booked, and paid for directly through the official Nusuk Hajj platform. Falcon does not replace Nusuk; we provide guidance and support to help you navigate the process, depending on the assistance plan or service you choose.
No. Our Nusuk Registration & Approval Support and Nusuk Booking Concierge can assist you regardless of which eligible Hajj service provider you ultimately choose through Nusuk.
Our complimentary Falcon Hajj Guidance plan is different: detailed package information is focused on Abdul Latif Jameel packages available to Canadian & American pilgrims, and extended religious guidance during Hajj is provided to pilgrims travelling with Abdul Latif Jameel.
