Well first congratulation on making your decision in making Hajj this year. May Allah (SWT) accept from you, Amin. Second choosing a Hajj package not only with Falcon Travel but with any Hajj provider is very easy. First you need to know that there is nothing called right or wrong when choosing a Hajj package, there is defiantly a better Hajj provider to go with…Hajj is a sacred journey between you and Allah (SWT) that is why it MUST suit you and your needs, in order for you to focus on your Ibada time. Therefore, these are some questions which you have to answer that will help you decide which package and which company to go with.
Before Selecting the Hajj Provider/Hajj Company, ask yourself:
- Do I want to go to Makkah First, or Medina First?
- Am I interested in a very short package (less than two weeks), or a shorter package (two weeks +/- couple of days), or a long package (17 days and above)?
- In Mina, for 3 days can I walk for 4 KM going and 4 KM back in the heat and the crowd or not?
Makkah First packages seem to be more effort than Medina first, but it is enjoyable as you start with Umra, then you rest then you start Hajj. The length of the package can affect the price (the shorter the package is in most cases the more expensive it is…Hajj is unlike Umra, the Hotel have different prices for different periods in Makkah, the closest you are from the time of Hajj, the more expensive it is). Your ability to walk determines which company to check first…as in Canada there are only 4 companies provide camps across of Jamarat (Falcon Travel manages two of these companies), the rest are in the north American camp which is 4 kilos away from Jamarat.
Now you know, If you want to start Makkah first, or Medina first… you also know how long you want your package to be (Regular, Express, or Long)…and you know if you will be looking within 4 companies that offer camps across of Jamarat in Mina, or the rest of the companies in Canada.
Now when looking at the different Hajj providers / Hajj companies, Ask these questions:
- Are you licensed to be conducting Hajj from Canada or not? Click Here to find out which companies are authorized. Any company that is NOT authorized to conduct Hajj business in Canada is a fraud and signing up with them is a huge risk (in 2014 over 3000 Hajis from Canada didn’t go for Hajj and lost a lot of their money because they signed up with companies that aren’t authorized to provide Hajj from Canada)
- Is your camp across of Jamarat in Mina or is it among the north American camps? This question will help you to know if the packages the company has suit you or not. (e.g. for example if you are looking for camps across of Jamarat and the company in north American camps there is no point knowing about their packages, as they simply don’t suit you)
- Now time to ask the package questions; Do you have a package that is within (the duration you chose in the first set of questions)? (e.g. if you are looking for an express package, and the company doesn’t have express packages, there is no point of hearing the full presentation of what they have)
- If they have the duration you want, ask Does it start with Makkah first, or Medina first? The reason you leave this question to the end is that if all the above three questions suit you and this one doesn’t suit you (it doesn’t really matter) it is a good feature to start with the city you prefer but not a MUST. So if you like everything about the package except that the packages doesn’t start with the city you like, you may think of sacrificing this part
- Finally, ask about the price of the package? And what isn’t included in the price? knowing what is included, is not as important as knowing what is NOT included. Surprises are the worth thing that can happen during Hajj
Once you have gathered these information, try to ask other Hajis who went with this group to be able to determine if they are good or if someone else is better. Which Hotels and What airline are not important in Hajj as all the airlines will get you to Saudi Arabia the difference will be in the level of service which you enjoy 11 hours out of your whole trip. And having Hotels across of the Haram is a nice feature and it comes handy especially with Hajis that are diabetics or with special need but again not as important as what we mentioned above.
May Allah (SWT) guide you to the best Hajj provider, and Hajj package that suit you, and May you have a safe an unforgettable journey to Hajj. Amin.
It is a policy in Falcon Travel to eliminate the number of stops when booking Hajj airline tickets. The reason for that is we want to ensure that your trip starts with a good airline experience, also in case of any delays with the airline flying schedule; the less stops there is on the ticket, the easier it is to deal with it. Therefore, from Toronto and Montreal we offer 1 stop, from West Canada we offer 2 stops. The reason we don’t offer 1 stop from West Canada is because all of our Hajj packages start with Medina First, and there isn’t any airline currently flying from West Canada that offer 1 stop to reach Medina.
There is NOTHING in Hajj Programs Outline called BETTER. The Hajj program is only better when it best suits YOUR time schedule at the end of the day it is your Hajj experience and you are the only decision maker of how you want to experience it. From our experience the short packages are designed for Hajis who have performed Hajj before and wish to perform Hajj again OR Hajis which Hajj became a Fareda on them “Once a person can afford to go to Hajj, Hajj becomes a Fareda on this person. And it is a SIN not to perform Hajj at least once if you can afford it” but they can’t afford to spend so many days due to family or work obligations here in Canada. Longer packages are designed to relax the Hajis and get them well prepared to perform Hajj before the days of Hajj. In short sentence; if you can afford to stay for a longer period of time, then your best choice will be always the longer packages.
Hajj is the fifth pillar of ISLAM, same as praying and fasting…when there is an Islamic allowed excuse i.e. a person is sick, this person can skip fasting and redo it again when they become better. Performing Hajj follow the same Sharea law, the one Islamic allowed excuse not to perform Hajj at least once in a lifetime is only (AFFORDABILITY) health wise AND / OR financial wise. Once a person’s health allow them to go for Hajj, and he / she can afford the cheapest Hajj package in the country of residence, Hajj becomes a MUST on them, and they sin by skipping Hajj for other reasons such as (I want to go VIP but can’t afford it now, I want to go with my friend, I want to go with my favorite Imam,…etc) . We recommend speaking to your Imam to analyze your situation and advice you if Hajj is now a MUST on you or not.
We recommend speaking to your Imam to analyze your circumstances and to give you an accurate advice on what loans can you have and still be able to go for Hajj, and what loans you MUST pay in full before you go for Hajj.
The Hajj visas in Canada are limited and based on a Quota assigned to certain authorized companies. Since the big Hajj fraud which took place in 2014, over 3000 Canadian Hajis couldn’t go for Hajj because of some companies promising them cheaper packages and couldn’t deliver. Therefore there is a big demand this year on all respected, authorized companies. As far as Falcon goes we think we will be sold out inshaa Allah by March so we recommend you register as soon as possible so you don’t miss out. This year’s reservations will be based on first come, first serve base.
We were able to do that in the previous years, but this year the signing up process is based on first come first serve, so those who complete the registration process, will guarantee their seats. We have also found that with our installments plan, everyone is able to pay bit by bit until the package is full paid off.
If you finalize the registration process with one of our Falcon’s sales representatives, that means you are guaranteed a seat with Falcon Travel. Without finalizing the Hajj registration process including (Filling the Hajj reservation sheet, Signing the Hajj Terms & Conditions, Providing a copy of your current passport, Paying the agreed on initial deposit) you are NOT registered as a confirmed Haji in Falcon’s Hajj reservation system, but you are registered as potential client in the system. Falcon has 4 branches across Canada, with over 8 different sales representatives, so the Hajj reservation system accepts registrations based on the number of confirmed reservations vs the number of allocations determined for each program, and not the number of potential clients.
Up until now, the rules of the Ministry of Hajj and the Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Ottawa indicates that a person with a Machine Readable Passport and a valid PRC can go for Hajj. But that is not a guarantee as the Ministry of Hajj and the Embassy of Saudi Arabia are the only authorities holding the right to grant or reject a Hajj visa with or without a reason. We don’t think you will have any problem as we have never had this problem before and we had a lot of PR card holders in Hajj 2014 who were able to travel with the group, but if you are concerned you are more than welcome to purchase Cancellation and Interruption Insurance for Hajj.
Hajj draft is also known as “Tawafa Fee”, it is a fee enforced by the Ministry of Hajj on each person goes for Hajj even the Hajj providers. A portion of this fee is used to maintain Mina, Arafat, and Muzdalifa, and the other portion is used to cover a portion of the Transportation in Saudi Arabia. This Draft is required to obtain a Hajj visa from Canada, so you pay us to make this payment on your behalf in Saudi Arabia and then when we return your passport to you with the visa, we also put a sticker on the back of the passport with a barcode that we received from Saudi Arabia confirming receiving your money.
No, not with Falcon Travel. The reason for that is in order for you as a Haji to go and slaughter your own Qurbani at the animal slaughter house, you will have to walk around 3 Kilos in Mina under the heat where Transportation is not available, then line up with thousands of other Hajis who decide to slaughter their own animal, then go through the process of slaughtering the animal, and then return to our Mina camp. This process could take up to 15 hours under the heat, so it is not safe, and also you will be missing going with the group to Makkah to perform Tawaf Al Ifada on the 10th of Thul Hijjah. So for these safety reasons Falcon Travel decided not to offer this as an option to the Hajis.
Our airline department will send the airline itinerary to all airlines with minimum stops along the way to Saudi Arabia. Since there is no difference in the Hajj ticket price as during the Hajj season high season rates apply, We choose the airline that best suits your package days. Our main goal is for you to get the most out of your package, but the hotels bookings use the Hijri Calendar, and the airlines use the Gregorian calendar, so we do our best to combine both for your benefit. That is why we always write traveling dates are tentative based on the airline’s confirmation.
Yes you can here is the procedure;
- At the time of obtaining the visa, you will be contacted by our visa specialist to give you instructions of how you will get the documents to us to get you the Hajj visa from Canada.
- We will be discounting $1800 USD from the package price for your ticket cost.
- We will buy your ticket from the country which you are currently staying at to Saudi Arabia, or you can buy your own ticket as long as you arrive the same date your group is arriving on to Saudi Arabia.
- Our staff will meet you at the Saudi Airport (Medina Airport, or Jeddah Airport depending on the package) and then will escort you to your hotel that is where you will join your group and complete Hajj with them.
- Once Hajj is over, you will be escorted to Jeddah’s Airport for final departure.
That been said, at Falcon Travel we always give priority to Hajis who are currently in Canada or will be traveling out of Canada. The reason we do so, is that they Hajis start their trip with a group leader and a full group traveling together, entering Saudi Arabia together and that makes the operation for the Hajis so much easier than an individual going for the first time, not knowing what to expect.
Yes, side trips are allowed as it is after Hajj. The reason Falcon Travel prefers side trips to be after Hajj, is so you can arrive with the Group to Hajj, and also usually Tickets during Hajj season are very expensive but when we get them in bulk we get a better deal than getting a single ticket. That is why we highly recommend that if you don’t have an urgent reason to travel before Hajj, then delay your side trip until after Hajj.

I pray that Allah SWT in HIS infinite Mercies continue to make it easy for the management to be able to fulfill their promises to the Hujjaj. All in all it was a nice experience performing my first Hajj with the organisation, I pray Allah reward the team abundantly. (Amin)

God bless you all who make it happen by the grace of God. I pray for all the staff for doing a wonderful job once again thanks.the group leader in Madina and Mecca should must have a loud speaker that everyone can listen. we went there for Hajj and we perform it in a good way no complaints.

Dear Falcon management, Imams, team leaders and workers, We deeply appreciate your help guidance and kindness. Your excellent organization and guidance at every step made our journey so much easier. Special thanks to Br Waqar and Sheikh Sadiq for their patience and good nature. Thank you for Dr Muneer for lectures and duas. Thank you to Sheikh Haseeb and sister Najia for their guidance. Thank you Br Alla for personally greeting everyone and for making sure of everyone's safety. It was a huge responsibility and we were truly amazed by your presence in the hallway all night when buses were taking us for Tawaf-e-we da and returning back to Hajj building. We will highly recommend your company's services to anyone and look forward to performing Umrah with your group in future Inshalllah. We don't have enough words to thank all of you. It was overall a wonderful experience traveling with Falcon and way more than our expectations.

Congratulation to Falcon team for the best arrangements.

Good Experience

Thank you Falcon Team. We really grateful to you that you guided us through all events. It was a life time experience

Starting at Medina is a must; don't change. We need maybe one more day at Medina. With a large group, communication to all is vital, especially with big crowds around; it's very easy to miss the instructions from 50 feet back...... Maybe invest in the Whisper devices.... Also, with increasing heat over the next 10 years or so, maybe investing in some golf carts between Mina and Hajj Bilding would help. In Mina Camp, constructing on each side of wall, a long overhead shelf to store the bags; making it easier to circulate.... Increase the buses between Arafat/Mudzdalifah/Mina on Arafat Day;, until train schedule improves...

I think there was a sincere effort on the part of the team to make the Hajj experience comfortable and tension free. The guidance given at the right time by Sheikh Muneer, the organization of groups and scheduling (mostly in the evenings) was perfect. A lot of time and effort and planning that went into this endeavor was evident. Jazakallah to you all.

May Allah bless you all abundantly, and continue to use you to serve the hujaj. Ameen!

Overall good experience based on what Falcon Travel could do. Improvement needs to be made with the use of Imam's. There need to be more religious / educational seminars while in Saudia. Food selection needs to be looked at. Bad selection of food means lots of waste that was witnessed through the Hajj building. People should be discouraged to solicit money to pay as a group. There should be some language support for non Arab speakers who wanted to do sadqa at the various booth at the Makkah clock tower and Mina but were not successful due to language barriers. I mean Falcon could have arranged to get it done on behalf of the pilgrims who wanted to be done that way.

I am really impressed by the devotion and efforts which you put together to make our Hajj comfortable. It exceeded our expectations in every manner. May Allah (SWT) bless you.

THANK YOU!!!!!!

Thank you all Jazakom Allah Khairan may Allah taqabal this Hajj from us and help help you help his Hajjij.

Over all great work. I am really satisfied with the experience.

Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wabarakathuhu, Alhamdullilah we have reached back to our homes safe and sound, and slowly starting to get back to the routine of our daily life. May Allah accept our hajj and all our duaas. May Allah allow us to be better in our deen and make us amongst the best of people. May Allah give us another opportunity to perform hajj and more umrahs, ameen. I want to sincerely thank each and every single member of the falcon team for making mine and my husband's hajj easy. We greatly appreciate all the efforts falcon team has taken to ensure that all our needs are accommodated. I have absolutely no criticism with regards to our trip. Alhamdulillah, because of falcon, not only was I able to focus on my ibaadah, I was able to do it with ease and comfort and not worry about anything else. It is such a luxury to have access to water, juice, food, comfortable sleeping arrangements and to have air conditioning at all times! 🙂 alhamdulillah ala kulli haal. We had a very comfortable trip from start to finish, and we know that whatever didn't go according to plan was beyond anyone's control and it was all a part of our "hajj package" that Allah has decreed for us as Dr. Munir El Kassam said. Everyone said that hajj changes a person, and it truly does. It opens our eyes, and makes us realize how truly blessed we are for all the provisions Allah Azza Wa Jal has given us. Alhamdulillah. Thank you to each and every single member of the team in Mississauga, in Makkah and in Madinah. Thank you to all the shuyookhs, and all the group leaders, to brother Alaa, brother Fawad, brother Adel, brother Khaled, and to all those who have put so much of their time and effort to help us. I pray that Allah bless the falcon team and give more barakah, ameen!
Jazakallah khair,
Ghassan Gafoor and Baithu Jefla
Wassalamu alaikum

Bismillah - all praise is due to Allah SWT only.
Subhan-Allah, by the invitation and grace of Allah SWT both my wife and I were able to do the Hajj this year. We have no complaints, only praise and duas for all those who assisted us (Falcon Travels and it staff/group leaders/guides and service personnel) and we found this truly to be once in a life time journey/experience. May Allah SWT guide us all - ameen.

Falcon did an excellent job, my husband and I had a wonderful experience because of their dedicated staff. Because of its size, it has a family feeling, the Falcon employees recognized the group members and took care of them. I loved having access to such great Islamic knowledge. Involving these young Sheikhs worked out really well. Because of their background, they understood their North American audience. Great job Falcon. Hope to travel again with you soon. A & K

Whole team of Falcon Travels did a marvelous job and delivered what they committed for. Would definitely recommend them to others.

Alhumdullilah, I travelled to Hajj in 2014 with the F2 package and overall was very impressed by the services provided by Falcon travel.
The food, accomadations, travel were very well arranged throughout in Medina, Mecca, Mina etc. Ofcourse, this was Hajj so there were a couple of minor hic-cups, but nothing major and all of our locations were located perfectly with relation to our Hajj rites - close to Mina, right next to the Jamarat, right next to the train stops at Mena, Arafah & Muzdalifah. (Note the trains are fast, but getting on the trains takes 1-2 hours at times, b/c a lot of ppl are using them, thats just Hajj! 🙂 )
Most importantly in 2014 most of our group leaders were students/graduates from Medina and so we had access to very knowledgable students & sheyookhs within our groups to answer all or our questions around Hajj (and otherwise) and to benefit consistently from beneficial reminders while on Hajj from them. These consistent eeman lift was amazing.
The only drawback of the package for me was before the Hajj. Falcon's confirmed flight details, and details on Sheyookh, Hajj training, etc tend to take a bit of time and were available only about 1-month before Hajj (some agencies have these well in advance). Just keep that in mind as a timeline on when to expect final dates for travel for your employer. The dates were ere +/- 1-day from what is advertised so not a huge deal in terms of veering away from what was advertised. Alhumdullilah, overall very impressed, and a very comfortable experience overall.
No hesitations in recommending Falcon Travel, just always remember regardless of the group and package, keep patience in your front pocket, it always comes in handy 🙂

Assalam O Alaikum
This was my first trip to Hajj, I was extremely surprised at how well EVERYTHING was organised by the Falcon Travel group. Having heard horror stories from previous Hajjis using other companies etc. I was a little anxious, however, Falcon Travel exceeded my expectations and more. I would definitely recommend this travel group for any future Hajjis or Hajjans. I would definitely use this travel company again.
Yvonne Rashid

This was our first hajj and we had a wonderful hajj experience. Alhamdulillah, the Falcon team was very helpful and customer-focused. We were very well taken care of. Information was provided to us in timely fashion. Accommodations in Medina, Makkah, Mina were in very close proximity to their respective holy sites; pretty much across the street. Meals were generally excellent and plentiful. We were well fed, at times, overfed. We would definitely recommend Falcon Travel to anyone looking for to go for Hajj/Umrah.

Salam to all, we had a memorable time with Falcon, their guides Arsalan, Dr. Munir, Haseeb Ala, Khalid, Alkholy brothers and Madinah Guy they were excellent. The religious sessions were excellent and getting religious advice was easy, visit in Madinah to historical sites was great. Food was excellent and attitude of Falcon staff was positive, the only recommendation I would make, is to have a notice board in Menna for making announcements and not to book flights through Egypt Air that is the only inconvenience , I would be flying Inshallah again with them in 2015 and onwards. with gratitude to Fawad Kalsi. Jazakallah
Kindest Regards
Dr. Attar and family

The services were excellent, thanks to all Falcon Travel team.

Amazing staff. Having Dr. Munir El-Kassem as a group leader and just having him around was the highlight of our trip. Very important to have someone like him when other things start taking over your mind during hajj. Overall great experience. Highly recommend selecting a Package that was a hotel stay in Makkah.

I have nothing negative to say as I have been with Darel Salam for Hajj before and by far Falcon is the better company...hands down! I'll tell you why...
1 - The size of the company is very good. Not too big but not too small. They feel like a family and treat you like a family.
2 - Their scholars are hands down the best! Dr. Munir, Sh. Zarfr and Sh. Hasib are the best there is out there! Cream of the crop!! Dr. Munir is simply wonderful and Sh. Zafar although I don't understand Urdu he was so wonderful to listen to in Arafat (his dua made me cry so mych). Sh. Hasib...wow what can I say about him so young but full of knowledge. I have never seen this quality of scholars!!
3 - They over deliver. Here are a few examples..1) I was promised breakfast and dinner in my package and they gave us lunch throughout our shisha stay and in the hajj camps. 2) They gave us unlimited drinks in shisha and Hajj (folks each can or box of juice has a cost 3) free zamzam (even though Egypt airlines wouldn't allow me to check in 10 liters so I traded my 10 liter for 5 at the airport) 4) and so much more which I could list off
4 - Their mina camp is amazing!! I don't think anyone has a better camp. I even walked into Darel Salams camp this year and Falcons was amazing. They even had wifi (which was way better in the camp compared to shisha....please get a better connection in shisha)
5 - Hotels amazing in both makkah and madina
6 - Their management team and group leaders...What can I say? From Br. Alaa to Br. Fawad to Br. Adel to Br. Waqar to Br. Khaled to br. Yunes were unbelievable. So caring and always working. I don't know if I ever met the owners of Darel Salam once when I went with them. But with Falcon their entire team from top to bottom was always available and involved. May Allah reward them all and give them more success and complete health. Br. Fawad I'm still praying for your health, I hope you're feeling better.
7 - too much more to list. Br's and sisters I just want you to know some main points that really helped me decide between these two companies which one is better as these are the only two I have ever done hajj with. But Hands down Falcon was better and cheaper. The last time I did hajj on my own but this time I did it with my significant other (the boss) and she too cant stop praising Falcon.
I hope this helps you all make an easier decision. Wallahi I love this team for the sake of Allah and honestly when I ask myself could I do what they are doing? the answer is no way especially to the level they are working and in this backwards country of Saudi.
Hajj Mabroor! May Allah accept from us.

the falcon travel team was working really hard to ensure that we get all the services needed to have a safe hajj and to fulfill all our hajj rites. their dedication is commendable.

My wife and I were fascinated with the whole of the Hajj experience. The Falcon team were extremely professional the way they handled visa applications in Canada all the way through airports and the rituals in Saudi. Their understanding of hospitality has made our stay in Madinah, Mecca and Mina the most convenient and comfortable. I personally witnessed one team - who worked as a family - to build, move, help, support, transport, feed, clean and guide their guests with smiling faces and truly efficient manner.
The leadership and the presence of the owner of the Falcon Travel during that trip has instilled confidence in the group for that the critical decisions that he made were the most effective and made this trip successful.
What added tremendously to this trip was the spiritual leadership of Dr. Munir El-Kassem. His simple, yet serious approach to Islam has simplified the process to most of us. His deep knowledge of Islam has provided an answer to every question we had. His speeches were the most touching in "Times & Spaces", where we most needed hem. He is a true humble leader who managed to bond instantly with every one.
Hajj is not about food nor sleep, yet the abundance of refreshments and quality of meals round the day was amazing. We never recalled a minute without seeing the team re-fill fridges or coolers to quench the thirst of the pilgrims. Hot drinks were also stationed around the camp and the Hajj building for everyone.
Falcon have provided us with decent transportation within Saudi. They worked hard behind the scenes to make that experience unforgettable for us. We will definitely be back on Omras and perhaps another Hajj with Falcon.

I went with my wife and two sisters and the entire Hajj trip was wonderful, from both a spiritual and operational perspective. The entire Falcon Travel team, including the office staff in Canada, the staff in Saudi, the group leaders and our Imam (Dr. Munir El-Kassem), was very welcoming, accommodating and willing to help in any which way possible and at any time required. It was our first Hajj and Falcon Travel made it very, very memorable. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. May Allah reward the entire Falcon Travel team for their hardwork and dedication to serving the hujjaj. Ameen!

Its my first time to travel with falcon for Hajj. I was impressed with the spiritual aspect of Hajj. I can not ask for more about the other service , I found the staff done their best during the course of the trip. Without doubts I would travel with Falcon in the future. , and I would recommend Falcon Hajj for my friends. I pray at times for the staff hard efforts to serve the clients well. the hard work of Dr.Munir and his assistant members is priceless ,only God can reward them on their efforts . THIS WAS OUR BEST TRIP EVER.

The Falcon Travel team went above and beyond my expectations to educate the hujjaj, provide clear guidance, comfortable accommodations, and make the logistics of performing hajj not a worry. In addition, the special tours and religious guidance provided added an extra benefit to the group. I will recommend Falcon Travel to everyone and could not be more happy that I chose this team for hajj alhamdulliah.

Prior to leaving for hajj, I had heard many horror stories about how horrible and terrible many hujjajs' experiences have been (in general). After having gone for hajj in 2014 with Falcon Travel (F1 package) and safely returned home (alhamdulillah), I have nothing but praises for Falcon Travel for going out of their way to make hajj convenient and easy for us. I've already been telling friends and family that Falcon Travel met and exceeded our expectations and have been recommending Falcon Travel to people I've spoken to. Thank you and jazakumullahu khairan! May Allah (SWT) reward the entire team and families of Falcon Travel, ameen.

Falcon Travel went over and above expectations and of what they promised. I have absolutely nothing bad or negative to say. just to share one experience; I must say that I became very ill and I called the number management provided. Brother Fuwad to be precise took me to the hospital himself. After the doctor allowed me to eat he bought me a meal and paid for our taxi back to the hotel and personally took me back to my room and ensured that if I needed anything I could call 24 hours a day. What more can you ask from these young guys? Please encourage our youth to follow in the footsteps of people like Fuwad, Ahmed and Khalid. These individuals are our future. Do not discourage. They are doing a fine job better professionalism than any Muslim company I have ever seen.
My duas are with you guys, keep up the good work and may Allah give you more success! Ameen.

Alhumdolillah we had an amazing experience with falcon. although i should admit that i was not expecting a lot after horror stories from other people about other companies, but i cant express how well we were taken care of and how well every thing was organized.
the flight connection was good, toronto-cairo-madinah. we stayed for a couple of hrs at cairo and afte straight to madinah. it took us hardly 30 min to come out of the madinah airport, compare to hours people spend at macca airport. madina's hotel was really decent, food, dont even ask. food thru out the hajj was a+, best food ever. all before the hajj, we were told we would get 2 time meals, but we got 3 meals all thru the trip with unlimited snacks, drinks, tea and coffee, any site we went to. staff was amazing all thru, the buses were ready all thu the trip to take us to the masjids when ever people requested.
transportation was excellent all thru. hajj was good too the mina camps were decent, but as i hear from other companies, ours were a+ alhumdolillah. food again perfect, washrooms were ok but do keep in mind that there are millions of people so you have to consider that as well. for the washrooms at mina, we had a cleaner standing outside the washroom who used to sanitize (actually sanitize !!!) the washroom before the next person enters in the washroom, what else do you need?
arafat and muzdalifa transportation was by the new trains, it took time but consider that it is not something falcon people can control, millions of people are travelling on these trains.
tents in arafat again very good. also all thru the trip we had excellent imams with us, dr munir qasim and mufti aasim rasheed, best you can imagine, these imams made the biggest difference in our experience, may Allah reward them.
washrooms in arafat were bearable but ones in muzdalifah had 100s lined up so i preferred not to go, but again this is something not in falcon's control.
we also had trips to sites in madina.
overall, the staff was amazingly cooperative, cant explain much on this. they all worked like anything to make sure we had all we needed. people, do remember, this is spiritual journey not a vacation or a cruise trip or resort, it is hajj, even with all the favors, it still is difficult and many things are not in our control. we should see the dedication in the people and the sincerity with which they conduct their tasks and i am sure in saying that the falcon staff were the most sincere and truthful, in fact they gave us more than they promised.
may Allah bless Hajj Alaa and all his colleagues who made this journey possible for us.

Simply the best. Thank you for making the journey of Hajj so easy and memorable for us. May Allah accepts our Hajj.

Falcon has an excellent and caring group of people. Their services and arrangements are remarkable, transportation, Mina camp, Hajj building near Mina camp, guidance to name just a few. They truly took care of hajjis from beginning till end. The guidance from religious scholars was outstanding. If I go on hajj again, I will go with Falcon Travel.

Amazing Hajj experience thanks to Allah's garce and mercy and to the efforts of the Falcon Staff
Bismillah Alrahman Alraheem,
I signed up for the F1 package (Makkah 1st). This was my Hajj so I was not sure what to expect. I had done my research and had the expectation that Hajj is a challenging experience that requires lots of patience and sacrifice. Alhamdullilah, it was not as difficult as expected, in fact it was made relatively very easy by Allah's grace and the efforts of the Falcon Travel staff.
That is not to say that there were no challenges, in fact there were many, esp. logistical ones, but the staff were so supportive and always willing to help and explain what is going on. Everyone from brother Alaa himself, to brothers Ahmed, Fawad, Firaz, Azzam, and all the others did their best to assist and try to make things better.
Alhamdullilah, this was a very fulfilling journey and the accommodations and arrangements had a great role in making it so by allowing us to focus on Ibadah and the Hajj rituals.
The Hotels in Makkah and Madinah were very close to the Harams which made it easy to make it to every salat on time if you planned properly without the need for lengthy commutes. The Shisha building was very close to the Mina camp which made it easy to walk in between the two when needed. The Mina camp was amazing in terms of amenities provided for what is usually expected in Mina, and it was very close to the Jamarat (just a 5 min walk to the escalators!). The camp in Arafat was also of high standard and the Muzdalifah arrangements were also very good.
The halaqas and lectures provided were very interesting and motivating and the Imams were very knowledgeable and available to answer Fiqh questions.
The food was plentiful and of very good quality. If there is any complaint (and I would not really call it a complaint), it is that there was too much food provided (3 meals a day is a bit much IMO, but one can appreciate the flexibility of picking 1 or 2 meal times).
The group leaders were very knowledgeable, helpful and above all patient and understanding. They were very flexible in allowing people to venture on their own if they knew the rituals and directions, but were also available when people wanted to be with a group and with someone who can show them what to do.
May Allah bless the Falcon staff for their effort and assist them in providing this high quality level of service to future Hujjaj. I believe you cannot go wrong going for Hajj with this group.
Wassalamu Alaykum

I believe that Hajj experience depends on the individual intent and expectation. However, I think camp locations, accommodation for elder and sick people needs are well thought and implemented.
Thank you for the good organization, patience and help. I highly recommend this service.
May Allah accept all of our good deeds, Hajj and Umra.

My wife and I have truly enjoyed the excellent service we have received from Falcon Travel. The Falcon team ensured our all our needs were met from the time we applied for the hajj till the time we returned from Hajj. I would highly recommend Falcon Travel to anyone looking to perform hajj or umra.

Assalaamu Aulaikum
I will start off by saying that I had Alhumdullilah the best experience of my life and Falcon staff was amazing before, during and even after we returned back. If you are looking for a Hajj package I would highly recommend Falcon Travel.
It was first Hajj for me and my wife even though there were many hurdles like delay in traffic, delay in buses coming to our hotels etc.... it was all out of there control. We were in the F5 express package and Falcon went above and beyond in what they had promised. We started off by reaching Madinah first and it was smooth transition from Airport to our hotel Dar Al Hijra Intercontinental which was steps away from Masjid Nabwi. We were greeted by the Falcon staff and they eased the transition for us to our rooms. All the itinaries that were given to us were followed on time and there were even more lectures to prepare us than we anticipated which was excellent. I have to say Dr. Munir El Kasem was just amazing Mashallah May Allah Reward him and the other Shaikh's did a great job as well.
I have to say when I was deciding which travel company to go with I had visited this website and read the comments which convinced me to make this choice of going with Falcon and I am really happy that I made the choice.
I thank falcon team once again for excellent service they had provided and May Allah reward each and every team member with most greatest reward. InshAllah.

I have nothing bad to say about this group. They did everything they said they would and in my opinion went beyond as well. If Allah grants me another chance to go for hajj again I will definitely use Falcon Travel again.

Asalam-o-Alikum,
With the blessing of Allah, they made this Hajj so easy for us. 5 star hotel in Mecca, excellent and very knowledgeable scholars. Will highly recommend others to go with them

Assalamu Alaikum,
Its hard for me to rate the experience because of 2 things, this was my first Hajj so i cannot compare it to another and how can one rate a religious journey? only Allah can do this.
The only thing i can say is that the staff at Falcon travel were excellent before, during and after Hajj and i would recommend this experience to everyone.
JAK.

My wife and I went with falcon on the express package to madina first. Falcon did a great job prepping us before and while we were there. They tried their best to keep things organized. Of course at hajj there are always delays like traffic and buses coming late and such, but these are things out of the hajj group's control. Our package was express so did not have hotel in Makkah. I would recommend getting a package that takes you to madina first (much easier than going through Jeddah) and has at least a few days at a hotel in Makkah so you have easy access to the haram.
Overall we were very pleased with falcon's service.
Dr munir el Kassem did an amazing job explaining everything to us.

My overall review to Falcon Travel is that they delivered what they promised for. Their services, quality of food, their staff in London and Saudi Arabia were very helpful. I really enjoyed being with them during this trip.

everything went well and way well beyond my expectations.
couple of suggestions to future Hujjaj.
1. Never expect too much, keep your expectations low. there are events that would not be under anyone's control so stay patient
2. Don't complain, your nagging will not move a line an inch
3. Don't convert your dollars (that you paid) with the service that will you get, whether you like it or not
4. Do not shop for fatwa... Dr. Munir-ul-Qasim is amazing and so is Mufti Asim Rasheed.
couple of suggestions to Falcon Travel.
1. communication between hujjaj and Falcon travel needs to be more effective, may be texting the schedule on their cell phone?
2. Educating Hujjaj about the return trip. If they are eligible to collect their money from Saudi govt.
May Allah swt makes it easy for all of us.

Excellent service by Falcon Travel TEAM, Services were excellent. Imams were exceptionally excellent. Everything was perfect, thank you for giving us the opportunity to perform Hajj in a worry free trip.

Over all good experience.
Building Accommodation, no room services... hahaha I am joking

Recently arrived from hajj with my wife and we both have no reservation whatsoever recommending Falcon Travel for those looking for a VIP package. A few disclaimers:
- Hajj is not a vacation. The fact that we paid a large sum, does not mean that it will be a restful peaceful stay in a 7-star resort catered to by an army of servants. It is a difficult journey, fraught with inconveniences and difficulties, many of them completely unforeseen and unavoidable. Falcon did its absolute best to make it as trouble free as possible, by shielding the pilgrims from all the elements, idiosyncrasies, contradictions of a middle eastern country flooded by 3+ million people from all over the world, but expect to experience some of these unpleasantries regardless of how much the company tries.
- This is a company providing VIP top quality packages. You pay more, in order to get a hotel within walking distance to prophet's mosque in Madinah, a 5-star hotel in Makkah overlooking the Kaaba (in some packages), a Mina camp within 5min walk to Jamarat, a fully airconditioned tent in arafat, etc etc. Basically the best that can be offered, while still not being a vacation
- Although traveling in groups, hajj is ultimately an individual experience. Different people require and value different things. If you want to customize your experience, do so at your own risk (although time and again we were impressed by how flexible Falcon travel was catering to each individual request). They try to keep everyone together but you are free to go where you want sometimes. Same goes for different schools of thought (Madhab). The imam will provide one or two versions, but if you are of a different Madhab, you are free to act as you wish.
I could write pages and pages about how fantastic Falcon Travel was in our trip but other reviewers have done it already. I will only add that during even the most difficult situations I did not see any Falcon travel member lose their temper, or be angry, upset or stressed. I was incredibly impressed and inspired by this.
I do not pretend that some things did not go wrong, or that some things were not imperfect. Such is the nature of the journey. Most, if not all the things that were imperfect were completely outside the control of Falcon Travel.
One last thing: we chose this company based on the customer service over the phone and email, compared to others that were nearly unresponsive. Again, it was not the most perfect customer service we have experienced, but given the difficulty in organizing visas, payments and individual trips to and from Saudi during hajj, Falcon travel has us completely satisfied and praying for their continued success.

Dear Brothers and Sisters, if you are looking to perform Haj with no worries I highly recommend you stop looking around and contact Falcon Travel. Mash'Allah, words cannot describe my gratitude for this company and the individuals responsible for the flawless execution of operations (especially in a country like Saudi Arabia where almost everything works completely the opposite as we see here).
Here are some of the reasons why I feel the way I do:
- I performed Haj in 2012 and signed up for their longest package (26 days, I think it was F3)
- Everything they promised here when I signed up was delivered (to be honest, they delivered over and above such as breakfast and dinner was included in my package but during our time in Mena, Arafat, etc...they also gave us lunch as well). Not only that, we were originally promised that we would stay in Muzdalefa in basic facilities under the open sky but when we reached there we had a private section (carpeted with refreshments and the whole nine yards!
- Hotel in Makkah (swiss hotel) was amazing probably the best I've ever stayed in. Food was absolutely out of this world (I think Falcon could actually cut back on how much food they provide us with).
- Hotel in Medinah (dallah tayiba) was decent (it was advertised as four star so we knew it wasn't going to be as great as swiss hotel in Makkah) but location was fantastic! 1 min to the Prophet saw's Mosque. Food here was excellent as well.
- The Imams they have are the best from Canada in my opinion. Their Imam's cover off all Madhabs and spoke all languages (English, Arabic, Urdu and even French!). The Imam in my specific group was Sh. Zafar Abed from Vancouver and he was the most humble kind individuals I ever met in my life. May Allah bless him.
- If I could rate their Mina camp I would call it a 7 Star camp! It was gorgeous and did not feel like a camp. I even walked over to Darel Salaam's camp and it was nothing compared to Falcon's camp (Darel salaam is another well known VIP company). I also saw on Falcon's website that they won an award for the best camp in 2012 given by the Saudi authorities.
- I've been for Haj before and don't want to bad mouth the other company, but there was no comparison to the services Falcon travel provides for the money they charge (from the haj kit, which is super comprehensive I must add to the smiling faces of their staff across the board).
- The ownership team (Br. Alaa, Br. Fawad and Br. Ahmed) worked like slaves and whenever approached would always be willing to help. I actually spent sometime with Br. Fawad as he was overlooking my package/group and I was shocked that he is so young yet so mature (beyond his years). I remember one brother needed to go to the hospital and Br. Fawad personally went and returned with the brother after 8 hours! May Allah bless these brothers for their efforts and dedication.
The list goes on and on. I'm sorry for writing this so late but I had some personal issues I had to deal with which kept me away from writing this earlier.
All I can say is that we need to do Haj once in a lifetime and Falcon nailed it on the head! I wanted to go again this year but Saudi has actually put a stop on people who have performed haj in the last 5 years. If all gives me life, I promise that I will go to haj with Falcon once I'm allowed to go again!
Ramadan Karim in advance!

Al Salamu Alekum; alhamdo le Allah we performed Hajj in 2012 with Falcon Travel. at first before we go, we were very scared because of the bad storied we hear from other people went to Hajj but we read some reviews about Falcon online and the first thing that encouraged us are the imams Falcon Take with them. so we called the Mississauga Office and Br. Ahmed assisted us in deciding which package to go on. the thing we noticed while talking to Br. Ahmed that he gave us all the time we needed to understand the package, went through every single detail to an extend that we felt that we have gone to Hajj already...it was very comfortable dealing with them especially that he didn't care if he made the sale or not but he cared more about helping us selecting the right package that suited our needs... after booking our package we had to work with Br. Irfan in Falcon's Mississauga Office on our side trips and he was able to get us an amazing deal to Pakistan for only $300 each. when it was close to the departure date we had our seminars just like we were told and it was just fantastic listening to Dr.Munir and Shikh Alaa. we traveled with Etihad Airline and since we arrived at the airport we were taken care off by Falcon Staff, and Imam Sh. Riad. the hotel in Makkah was amazing. the Mazarat was just fantastic and so much organized. Falcon Hajj Kit came so handy in Canada and in Saudi Arabia as they had three books explaining how to perform Hajj and Umra also explaining the history behind each place in Makkah and Medina so seeing these places was just amazing because we know the history behind it. then we traveled to Medina, our package we were supposed to go by Bus but Falcon upgraded everyone to travel by air which was cool. we arrived in Medina, the hotel in Medina Dallah was okay not as good as Swiss but they explained to us in Canada the difference between 5 and 4 stars Saudi standard..but the thing we loved about this hotel is the location which is so amazing only 1 minute from Masjid Al Nabwaiie and so close to all the facilities that we needed, we also had our own restaurant and our own space for lectures which was really good. then we traveled to the Hajj Building at first we didn't like the fact that it was in Makkah but far from Harm, but that was explained as well in Canada, but when Hajj started we understood and experienced how easy it was to move between Jamarat and the Building so it was a real good choice from Falcon..we also have visited buildings of other agencies from US and Canada that was in the same location but by Far Falcon really furnished the building well. when it was time to perform Hajj we moved to Mina that was a complete fantastic experience as Falcon staff really went beyond experience in tents, washrooms, food arrangements buses that was available for us...the location itself that was across of Jamarat..on the day of Arafat we took the train which was cool, reached Arafat on time and that was another amazing experience as Falcon really worked on that place to make it easy. they warned us about the washroom in Arafat when we were in Canada so we were worried but when we went there they had a full washroom reserved for us so really it was amazing. after hajj was done they got our passports back and dropped us at Jeddah airport. during this trip the group leaders Fawad, Ahmed, Muzzammil, Azzam, Haj Alaa, Haj Adel, all Imams Dr. Munir, Sh. Zafar, Sh. Alaa, Sh. Riad, Sh. Tamer, and all the Saudi staff (red T-shirts, Follow the sign) were always available when needed. and the good thing is that they provided us with phones and gave us their phone numbers so it was so convenient to get in touch with them at anytime. i really thank Allah (SWT) for making us choose this company as they really worked so hard and beyond all expectations for one goal, to take all the hustle and harm away from us so we can focus on our Hajj. i highly recommend this company to anyone who decided to go to Hajj this year, i know they might be a little more pricey than others, but it was worth every dim. i wish me and my wife can go for Hajj again with this people. as the old saying goes (you pick the companion before the trip). May Allah accepts our Hajj

My first Hajj and I would recommend Falcon hands down. Exceeded expectations. But don't get me wrong, Hajj is no vacation! It is still tough. But Falcon does its best to make it as smooth as possible. The best part is the 4 high quality imams that come on the trip who's sole purpose is to get the most spiritually out of the entire trip.
My only negative feedback is that it is very easy to find yourself always in the air-conditioned, "VIP", stuff your faces in the unlimited food buffet "Falcon Bubble" and never really interact or experience Hajj the way the other 3.2 million people are. Also, if you want to do any "extracurricular" activities such as visit Jabal Al-Rahman during Arafat or visit Ghar Thawr or Hira, you will be discouraged from doing so by the Falcon organizers. They'll say it's either too crowded or too dangerous. I found the organizers over-estimated the risks. They obviously have a vested interest in having everyone stick to the program, which makes sense from their perspective.
So just be prepared for that and try to find other adventurous guys with you that have similar ambitions so you can do a more "Rick Steves" style trip, while still taking advantage of the amazing facilities and food Falcon Travel provides.

This is my second year in a row going to Hajj with Falcon Travel.
All thanks is due to Allah sw, the journey would not have been the same were it not for the Will of Allah sw and the wonderful, hard-working, committed, and enthusiastic staff at Falcon Travel. They were those brothers (and a couple sisters) who were up all night, while we slept; they were the brothers in the bright yellow or red shirts who were everywhere you looked, who were always ready to do whatever they could to ensure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. They were the friendly, smiling faces who greeted us in the awesome place I used to call 'home', not long ago, the Hajj Building, and in our tents in Mina. They were all the wonderful staff who worked so hard behind-the-scenes, before, during and after our Hajj journey. It is they who made the journey the difference between a good Hajj Journey, and an outstanding Hajj Journey. Again, it's all from Allah sw, but the prophet pbuh taught us to give thanks and show appreciation to those who have done good, and so I sincerely ask Allah sw to bless and reward those who have done even the tiniest thing, but especially those who spent much of their time working to make this a successful journey for us. May Allah sw bless each and every one of you and your families - and you all know who you are.
Thanks sincerely to the wonderful Falcon staff who, once again, made my journey to Hajj that much more, From the time I initially signed up months and months ago, until I got back home to London, the devoted, hard-working (and now people whom I call my family) Falcon Staff were with us every step of the way. From the beginning of our journey at Pearson airport in Toronto, to Istanbul, Medina, Mecca, Mina, Arafah, Muzdalifa and as we took off from Mecca to head to the Hujjaj airport in Jeddah, everything was taken care of for us. That made our journey, that much easier, alhamduillah, by the Will of Allah sw.
And, let's not forget the trips to the hospitals - where alhamduillah, the falcon staff were with us as well. As we stood in the ER for hours on end, and the next day for several hours more - brothers Sinan and Mohammed Younes stayed by my side, helping in any way they could. It's normally a challenging situation to be in a hospital with an ill patient, but when you are in a foreign country and don't know the system, it's a whole new ballgame - but again, alhamdulillah -the wonderful brothers from Falcon helped me through that and before we knew it, we were on our merry way.
While I call them the falcon staff, they really are just our brothers and sisters in Islam, who were working hard to fulfill their responsibilities, all the while, insha'Allah seeking the pleasure of Allah sw. Mash'Allah, what an amazing opportunity they all have to not only help people fulfill their obligations and perform the 5th pillar, but to do it for a living.
Everyone has their own unique Hajj experience. Mine have been two wonderful years, filled with many highlights, and numerous unforgettable moments. Alhamduillah, the last two years - I can proudly say that Hajj was amazing, and I'd do it again in a heartbeat.
JazahumAllahu khairan to all that contributed to that wonderful journey we all took together. I cannot begin to describe how special it was to have spent those wonderful, memorable days with you and my dear brothers and sisters in our Falcon group, for the sake of Allah sw.
I truly hope Allah sw blesses me with many more opportunities, and blesses those who have not gone yet with the opportunity also. May Allah sw accept from all of this years' hujjaj, and may we all be re-united in this life, and insha'Allah in Jannah al-firdous....ameeeen!

Hajj Alaa, the owner, is a really caring guy, even though with a low temper. I have seen him working like a staff...may Allah give him more barakah.
Best sheikh ever was Sheikh Tamir Ali gave the strongest khutbah in Arafat I have ever heard. Beautiful duaa as well.
Feras, a main staff, is the sweetest of all..always there, patient and caring.
They lack a bit in the airport management and reception, but overall they are good people and never cheat.

I was completely satisfied this year with the service provided and the guidance offered by the sheikhs. Sheikh from Vancouver (can't remember his name) was very humble and made it to my hear, sheikh Tamir Ali from Edmonton always gave informative sessions and made beautiful dua (very good sheikh Mashaallah), sheikh Riad from Toronto was nice too and gave strong dars sometimes in the hajj building. Overall they are good people and care for the hujjaj.
